How do I twist the handle of the Stellar OmniFlex®?
The OmniFlex® dryer is designed for precision styling and easy storage. Easily twist the handle from the base upwards to the left.
What is Care Mode and how to activate it?
Activate Care Mode by holding down the temperature button for 3 seconds. The dryer will change between Cool Mode and Hot Mode every 5 seconds. This setting avoids hair from drying out and lock-in moisture to create much healthier and glossier hair. Press any temperature setting to deactivate Care Mode.
What is the Auto Off function and is that needed?
The dryer automatically turns off after 30 minutes of continuous use to prevent overheating. This is not a malfunction; it is to keep you safe. Safety is always needed - resume styling by simply sliding the power button off and then on again.
How do I clean the filter cover and filters?
The OmniFlex® Dryer features a filter cover and filters designed for simple removal, making cleaning easy. It also features advanced filtration technology that minimises dust buildup, reducing the need for frequent cleaning.
Is the Stellar OmniFlex® as loud as any conventional dryer?
No, the OmniFlex® is very quiet at just 70dB at maximum power. We care about your health and your hearing.
Is the OmniFlex® lightweight?
Yes! The OmniFlex® is one of the lightest available. At only 297g (excl. cord) you are ready to say goodbye to wrist and shoulder pain.
Why is one nozzle magnetic and the other one with a click system?

Are you reducing your carbon footprint?
We have managed to reduce our carbon footprint to around 90%. We promise to ship our goods rather than fly. However, as we all understand there may be certain unforeseen circumstances that will result in air freight.
Our parcels are delivered to you by couriers that have a high rate of being carbon neutral. Ordering parcels through us won’t affect the air we breathe.
Presently almost 90% of our packaging is recyclable and we aim to reach 100% by 2030. Currently, we are using 62% recyclable materials within our tools and packaging.

Stellar® works closely with a carefully selected and accredited recycling organisation to ensure that our returned items are diverted from landfills to be transformed into the power of goods and will help to feed people in need.
We are an advocate of mental health and is all about a healthy work-life balance. We offer our valuable team members work-from-home days which reduces stress, and fuel emissions with less travel and improves a task-orientation mindset. Did you know most of our staff get the Friday afternoon off?
